It is a wonderment!

Beginner's Class

We all start somewhere. If you have ever dreamed of making a quilt or wish to improve your skills, this class is for you. Landscape Quiilting:

March 27, 9 2 p.m.; $50
Have you ever wanted to make a landscape quilt wall hanging? Well, here's your chance. In one short 4-hour class, you will end up with a small, almost finished, landscape quilt. This will be a mountain scene. You will learn how to cut and place fabric without a pattern to end up with this beautiful scene.

Magic of Reverse Applique:
Well-known teacher Denise Labadie will teach Reverse Applique on Saturday, Feb. 13, 9 to 5 p.m., cost is $45. Reverse applique is a technique that can produce truly exceptional effects. the surprise, though is how easy it can be! This is a fun class in which we'll machine stitch multiple layers of fabric that can then be "strategically" cut away to reveal one or more of a designs deeper layers. The effect can be done using either random stitching or as a prepared pattern. Either way it is a unique technique that gives real depth and dimension to your projects, and often times delivers some real surprises.
