If you have found an item on the web site that
you wish to purchase, order it online following instructions. Credit cards(Visa, MasterCard, or Visa, sorry, no American Express) are accepted and if the item is in stock your product will be shipped to you within three days. Please note that in many cases shipping is listed as "free". This is because the item weight is too low for a price - we will add shipping costs at the store, which are as low as we can make them.

Order on our secure website, or: Telephone orders (970)586-5330) may be placed during business our business hours: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Sunday. (Mountain Time Zone) Orders are processed daily (except Sundays) during business hours. Of course you can shop in your "jammies" any hour of the day with an email message to mtnladyqlt@estesvalley.net.

A shipping and handling charge will be added to all orders based on the cumulative weight of the items in the order. If the item(s) are currently out of stock or no longer available, we will let you know by email to determine how you wish to proceed.

If the yardage is short on fabric, we will contact you by email with the amount(s) available. You can then approve the lesser quantities, substitute other selections, cancel items, or cancel the entire order. (We will not charge your credit card or ship your order until the final order is approved by you and ready to go. Watch your email!)
Your order will be held up to one week after we first attempt to contact you.

NOTIONS: Returns accepted if the item(s) are returned in their original undamaged packaging.
KITS: Returns accepted for exchange if the colors are not suitable for your purpose.
FABRIC: Returns accepted for full credit if larger than 1/4 yard and the fabric has not been pre-washed or cut.
